Secluded without being isolated, the cottages enjoy an elevated position above the legendary village of Tintagel on the North Cornish coast; the beautiful surfing beach of Trebarwith Strand is a pleasant 20 minute walk away. The property is part of a working farm and is surrounded by almost 50 acres of peaceful farmland.
The cottages are ideally placed to enable easy exploration of the whole of Cornwall . The famous fishing villages of Rock, Padstow and Boscastle are all just a stone's throw along the coast. St Ives, at the far west of the county, is easily accessible, as is Falmouth , with its many attractions, including the National Maritime Museum . The pretty harbour village of Fowey , which hosts a popular regatta and the Daphne du Maurier festival each year, is a little over half an hour away.
For grocery shopping, there is a small supermarket at Camelford (4 miles away), an excellent delicatessen in Tintagel and a large Tesco at Wadebridge (12 miles). Tesco also offers a delivery service; if you'd like to order your groceries online in advance, we are happy to refrigerate them ready for your arrival - just let us know when to expect delivery.
